Answers to what you'll probably want to know before ordering.
What are the pieces made of?▾
Solid oak, with cork in places that should be soft. The wood is finished with two coats of Borma Wachs Hard Top Oil.
How soon will my order ship?▾
Within 2–5 business days of payment, engraved pieces included. Delivery in Poland usually takes about 2 more business days.
Do you ship outside Poland?▾
Yes, by DPD courier to 26 EU countries, at a flat rate per zone. The prices are on the Shipping page.
Can I change the address after ordering?▾
If the parcel hasn't left yet, usually yes. Email me as soon as you can at [email protected].
Why is my order awaiting confirmation?▾
I check some orders by hand before shipping, for example large ones or ones going outside Poland. Your card is only held at that point, not charged. I confirm within 5 days, and if I haven't rejected the order by then, it is accepted automatically and your card is charged. If I reject it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
How long do I have to return something?▾
14 days from delivery. Engraved pieces can't be returned, and bundles go back whole. Details are on the Returns page.
