What you'll notice first
I design and make everything myself, in one workshop in Poland. Here is what that looks like up close:
- The shape and edges. I draw every shape myself in CAD. The CNC cuts whatever it can, then I chamfer the edges with a hand router and sand everything by hand.
- The surface. Two coats of Borma Wachs Hard Top Oil, sanded at 200 grit between them. It still feels like wood, and it's safe for food and children's toys.
- The soft spots. Cork wherever something should land quietly.
- The engraving. Some pieces can be engraved: up to 200 characters, by laser or CNC, made to your order.
- The final check. Every piece passes through my hands. Only the ones I'm happy with get packed.
