Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the Catch Feels online store, placing orders, payments (Stripe), delivery, returns (14 days) and complaints.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Seller and definitions
The seller and owner of the store is: Catch Feels — Adam Zimniak, ul. Bobrzeckiej 9/20, 31-216 Kraków (the “Seller”).
Sales are made as an unregistered business activity within the meaning of Article 5 of the Polish Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law (Prawo przedsiębiorców). The Seller is not entered in the CEIDG business register and has no tax or statistical number assigned for a business activity.
E-mail: [email protected]
- Store – the Catch Feels website through which products can be bought.
- Buyer – a person placing an order (a consumer, a business, or a sole trader with consumer rights, where applicable).
- Product – a movable item offered in the Store.
2. Technical requirements
To use the Store you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and an active e-mail account (for confirmations and sign-in).
The Store uses security mechanisms, including protection against abuse (for example limits on the number of attempts within a short time).
3. Account
The Store may be used by adults with full legal capacity. A minor may place an order only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, within the limits allowed by law (Articles 15, 17 and 20 of the Polish Civil Code) – in particular, minor everyday contracts do not require such consent.
Creating an account is optional. You can also buy without an account (as a guest).
You can sign in with a code sent by e-mail, or with your e-mail and a password (if you set one).
The Buyer is responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential and for actions taken using their account.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. The account agreement then ends, and orders already placed are still fulfilled.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and going through the checkout.
- Product information shown in the Store (description, price, availability) is an invitation to conclude a contract.
- Placing an order is an offer to conclude a sales contract.
- The contract is concluded once the order has been paid successfully, and the Buyer is informed by a confirmation e-mail.
- For some orders (for example high-value ones, orders from outside Poland, or orders assessed as higher risk) the card payment is first authorised – the funds are held on the card, not charged. In that case the contract is concluded only when the Store confirms the order. The Store confirms the order within 5 days of it being placed at the latest; if it has not rejected it by then, the order is accepted automatically and the funds are charged. If the Store rejects the order, the hold is released and the Buyer is not charged.
- The Store may cancel an order in justified cases, for example if it has not been paid within 3 days, in the event of a pricing error or if the item is out of stock.
5. Prices and promotions
Prices in the Store are given in PLN. The Seller uses the subjective VAT exemption (Article 113(1) of the Polish Goods and Services Tax Act) – prices shown in the Store do not include VAT.
Delivery within Poland is free. For shipments abroad, a delivery cost that depends on the country is added to the product price – it is shown in the cart before you place the order.
The Store may offer discount codes and promotions. The terms of a promotion are stated in the Store or in the promotional communication.
6. Payments
Payments in the Store are handled by an external payment provider (Stripe). Card details are processed by the provider – the Store does not store card numbers.
The available payment methods and the final amount (products + delivery) are shown during checkout and in the payment provider's checkout.
For some orders the payment is made in authorisation mode (pre-authorisation): the funds are held on the Buyer's card but not charged until the Store confirms the order. The card is charged when the order is accepted, within 5 days of it being placed at the latest – if the Store does not reject the order in that time, it is accepted automatically and the card is charged. If the Store rejects the order, the hold is released and the Buyer bears no cost.
7. Delivery and fulfilment
We deliver to: Poland and the European Union.
Available delivery methods:
- DPD courier to your home,
- InPost parcel locker (Poland only),
- DPD pickup point (Poland only).
We arrange shipping ourselves, using the services of selected carriers.

The delivery cost is shown in the cart and in the order summary before payment.

8. Withdrawal from the contract (returns) – 14 days
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason (with the exceptions provided by law).
- To withdraw, report the return on your order page (the “Report a return” button) or send a statement to: [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
- Send the product back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day you withdrew from the contract, to: the same as the Seller's address (see above).
- The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless the Store expressly agrees to cover it.
- The refund is made using the same payment method (where possible), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement of withdrawal. The Store may withhold the refund until it has received the product or you have provided proof of having sent it back.
- If you withdraw from the whole contract, we also refund the cost of delivering the product to you, up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered by the Store.
- The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Operational details: Returns →
Engraved products. The right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply where the item is non-prefabricated, made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised (Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This covers products with engraving that you order on the product page (the text and the technique: laser or CNC milling). Before you add such a product to the cart, we ask you to confirm that you are aware of this limitation. The exclusion does not limit your rights where the goods do not conform to the contract (section 9).
Bundles. A bundle is an offer of several products at one price. When you withdraw from the contract, you return the bundle as a whole, together with all the products it contains, and the Store refunds the price of the bundle. Returning a single product from a bundle is not possible, because its price is part of the price of the whole bundle.
Model withdrawal form

9. Complaints
The Store is liable to the consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract, as provided by law. You can submit a complaint by contacting us:
- describe the problem and give your order number,
- attach photos if you can (this makes the assessment easier),
- say how you would like it resolved (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal – if applicable).
- The Store is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
- We respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- The Store bears the cost of sending back goods that are the subject of a complaint.
- A consumer may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress, for example by applying to the county (city) consumer ombudsman or to the voivodeship inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
- A consumer from another European Union country who has a dispute with the Store can get free help from the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in their country of residence; in Poland it operates within the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) (konsument.gov.pl).
10. Product reviews
A review on a product page can be posted only by a Buyer with an account whose order containing that product has been delivered – such reviews are marked “Verified purchase”. The reviews in the carousel on the home page come from the Store's customers, and the Seller checks that their author placed an order.
Every review is checked by the Seller before publication. We reject only content that is abusive, unrelated to the product, contains personal data or is spam – never because a review is negative. You can ask for a review to be removed by writing to [email protected].
11. Personal data and cookies
The rules on processing personal data and information about cookies can be found in the:
12. Final provisions
- These Terms apply from the date shown in the header and may change for important reasons (for example a change in how the Store works, or changes in the law).
- Contracts concluded by the Store are governed by Polish law, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country where they habitually reside.
- Matters not regulated here are governed by generally applicable law.
- These Terms are available in Polish and English. Both versions are equally binding; in the event of any discrepancy, the version more favourable to the consumer applies.
